Age limit for booking
To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old. Identification may be required upon check-in. Meeting the age limit is a requirement to gain access to the accommodation.
Booking/Payment
When booking, a booking confirmation is sent to you, you are not allowed to contact the reception. The booking is binding from the moment you have made your booking. Payment is always made on site at the reception on arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the responsible person on site.
Cancellation
You can cancel by phone or email to the reception. If you cancel earlier than 40 days before arrival, you do not have to pay more than your cancellation protection, if you do not have one, an expedition fee of SEK 500 is added. When canceling regardless of the amount, a payment link is sent to your phone where you can easily pay your cancellation fee.
If you have booked with cancellation protection, the following applies:
If the booking is canceled 39 - 12 days before arrival, 25% of the total rent must be paid.
If the booking is canceled 11 - 2 days, 90% of the total rent must be paid.
If the booking is canceled 1 - 0 days, 100% of the total rent must be paid.
If you have not booked with cancellation protection, the following applies:
In case of cancellation later than 40 days, the full amount for the booking will be debited
If there is no cancellation and the booked object is not claimed by you, we have the right to credit the total price for the booking.
Cancellation protection
You can protect yourself against cancellation costs by taking out a cancellation policy, at a cost of SEK 249 per booked cabin or SEK 100 per campsite. Cancellation protection can only be taken out in connection with booking.
death, illness or accident of a serious nature that affected yourself, your spouse, cohabitant, your or your spouse's/cohabitant's parents, children, siblings or fellow traveler
there is any other serious event beyond your control, e.g. extensive fire or flooding in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stand by your booking.
call-up to the armed forces or the civil defense.
You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Certificates received later than seven (7) days after the cancellation date will not be considered.
In case of cancellation, the cost of cancellation protection and booking fee will not be refunded.
